Make a Donation

Research hospitals need laboratory equipment to carry on vital research in the fight against cancer. We appreciate your support of L.I.L.A.C.’s mission to abolish cancer in our lifetime. L.I.L.A.C. is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, EIN 11-6111316.

To donate via check: Download the donation form and mail it with your check (made out to Long Island League to Abolish Cancer or L.I.L.A.C.). Donation Form  Note: This form is in PDF format (you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free from Adobe)

To donate via credit card, debit card or PayPal: Click the yellow Donate button. Credit and debit card donations are processed via PayPal. The Donate button brings you to the PayPal website.

Enter the amount you wish to donate and click either the Donate via PayPal button or the Donate via Debit or Credit Card button. This brings you to the PayPal data entry form, where you give further donation details.

If you are making a donation in memory of someone or in honor of someone, we will be glad to send an acknowledgement for you.

• Before entering the credit card number, enter the acknowledgement information by clicking the line that says, ‘Add special instructions to the seller’.
• At the cursor, enter the name and address of the person to receive the acknowledgement and any message you wish included. Such as:
  In memory of John Doe
  Send acknowledgement to:
  Name
  Address
  City, State, Zip
  

In the acknowledgement, we will include the name you entered as the donor on the PayPal data entry form, unless you instruct us otherwise.
